MedTec is a white-glove, time-definite transportation and logistics service for
sensitive, high-value equipment such as medical, electronic, diagnostic, imaging,
computer and other high-technology equipment. MedTec service levels include next-day,
second-day and 3-5 day. SEKO has dedicated customer service representatives that
manage the transportation, warehousing and inventory management for clients' high-value
products.
SEKO coordinates time-specific deliveries and pick-ups to meet field service representatives,
field engineers and sales representatives on location. With MedTec, our transportation
professionals monitor clients' shipments 24 hours a day, and so can our clients,
right down to the last detail, with Web-based, real-time tracking and tracing that's
easy to access, easy to use and easy to customize. We work with our clients to develop
detailed Standard Operating Procedures and Management Reports customized to meet
their needs.
Standard
Standard service includes 2 man delivery, inside delivery, lift-gate and deliver by
appointment with unpacking services.
Demo
Specialized deliveries of demo equipment deliveries to hospitals and clinics (includes sales asset management services).
Trade Show
Specialized delivery of equipment to trade show sites and convention centers.
Reverse Logistics & "MinPak"
Includes management of equipment returns to the destination of your choice, such
as "In-lab" removals, packing, blanket wrap & disposal.
Inventory Management
Provides receipt, replenishment and order confirmation management using our extensive USA 3PL infrastructure.
Equipment Retirement/Field Disposal
Provides various disposal options for retired equipment using EPA/FDA compliant disposal programs.
