Because SEKO is a non-asset-based transportation and logistics provider, we’re not
locked in to rigid schedules. Shipments go where you want, when you want. Our customer
service center is manned 24/7, to monitor your shipments around the clock. You can
even track and trace your shipments in real time on the Web. It’s all part of our

A Secure, Closed-Loop Network
Our closed loop surface network features a dedicated surface transportation system
that offers quick, efficient movement of goods across the country, with daily scheduled
door-to-door, next day, 2nd day and 3-to-5 day service. Freight passing through
the Midwest can take advantage of our logistics hub in Columbus, Ohio which offers
air-ride service to the entire SEKO fleet, reduced transit times and significantly
reduced handling of goods throughout the supply chain.
MySEKO Keeps Customers in the Know
SEKO’s easy-to-use Web-based transportation and logistics solution, MySEKO, offers
reporting in real time, providing all manner of information on hundreds of thousands
of shipments for whatever date range the customer chooses. With MySEKO, we can integrate
with our customers’ website, install hot links, or embed track and trace information.
Best of all, with MySEKO, return logistics is literally as simple as clicking a
mouse.
MySEKO offers a secure Web connection through which customers can:
- Book shipments (domestic and international) on-line
- Print POD's and shipping labels
- Run customized management reports which can be viewed and exported in html, PDF,
Word and Excel
- View account balances
- Receive email notification of status changes
- Communicate with customer service via real time messaging (issues management)

IVR Reduces Customer Returns
SEKO’s Interactive Voice Response System alerts consumers when their goods have
arrived at the destination station. By alerting the consumer in a timely fashion,
IVR reduces returns by reducing the incidence of “buyer’s remorse.”
This automated system calls consumers, usually between 1 and 2pm local time, and
leaves a voicemail message alerting them that their goods have arrived. They are
given a number to call to set up the delivery appointment. If the consumer picks
up the phone, the system gives them the number to call to make the delivery appointment.
