SEKO Ground--Anything, Anywhere, Anytime
SEKO understands that your freight needs to arrive at its destination on-time and
in good order. Sometimes its transportation doesn’t require air freight, and we’ve
built our reputation behind servicing our customers’ needs with flexible solutions.
Whether you need to get your goods from Guadalajara to Detroit or from Prague to
Paris, SEKO has the experience and ground networks to move your freight over the
road with a variety of flexible options.
North American Ground Services
With SEKO, surface transportation in the United States is about more than saving
you money; it’s about fast, safe, reliable and hassle-free transportation throughout
North America. Our Surface Logistics Network lets you move anything, anywhere, anytime,
and for less than you thought possible.
Flying the Highway
Our closed loop surface network connects all SEKO U.S. offices for quick, efficient
movement of goods across the country, with daily scheduled door-to-door service.
Our customers can take advantage of our logistics hub in Columbus, Ohio which offers
air-ride service to the entire SEKO fleet, reduced transit times and significantly

USA Hot Shot
For those times when air is not an option, we provide Hot-Shot truck service for
time-sensitive shipments, using vans, straight trucks and tractor trailers.
Borders Don’t Faze Us
Shipping across international borders can be intimidating—but not when you’re shipping
with SEKO. Whether it’s FTL or LTL, to Mexico or Canada, we take the worry out of
worldwide delivery.
Laredo—America’s Busiest Border
More freight moves through Laredo, Texas, than through any other inland port in
America. And much of it moves via SEKO.
Our Laredo Gateway staff specializes in the import/export process in and out of
Mexico. The office is a “one-stop shop” for brokerage, distribution and transportation
throughout Mexico, and offers a comprehensive array of services.
Our highly-trained service team is 100% bilingual, trained in customs law, and dedicated
to your satisfaction. We handle full truck, LTL, Hot Shot, small package and specialized
equipment. We handle permits and verification, and can arrange for pre-clearance
of your freight to move it quickly through customs. SEKO employees will keep you
informed every step of the way, helping to demystify the trans-border shipping process.
Everything we do, we walk you through.
SEKO Canada
With 10 offices serving America’s largest trading partner, SEKO Canada simplifies
shipping north of the border. Our Canadian operation offers all the personalized
attention and service of our Laredo office, plus a few other services specific to
Canada. For example, shipments in and out of Canada are expedited through the Customs
process through the Pre Arrival Processing System (PAPS) or the Pre Arrival Release
System (PARS) saving you time and money.
SEKO offers other services to Canada as well. Under the Non-Resident Importer Program,
a company can import to Canada without having an office there. SEKO will break down
shipments for distribution to multiple outlets in Canada, we’ll warehouse goods.
In effect, we’ll be your Canadian distribution center.
Our Transborder services include:
- Customs clearance and consultation services
- Document preparation and management
- FTL and LTL services to and from any point in Mexico or Canada
- Forwarding services (revision, inspection, classification, consolidation, etc.)
- Brokerage and drayage, both imports and exports

cost-effective.
